TomoAnalysis 2.3 Now Available
We’re excited to announce the release of TomoAnalysis 2.3, bringing a new tool and performance upgrades to make your holotomography data analysis more efficient than ever.
1. New Feature: Data Manager - Combine
Easily merge multiple datasets into one continuous timeline — even if acquisition was paused for sample handling, drug treatment, or media change. The Combine function preserves all imaging modalities and metadata, enabling integrated 4D analysis without data gaps.
You can now:
-
Reconstruct long-term biological processes from periodic imaging sessions.
-
Compare cellular morphology before and after drug treatment.
-
Monitor cell recovery after environmental changes.
-
And so much more…

This new tool helps you connect short-term cellular dynamics with long-term developmental changes — all within a single unified dataset.

2. Visualization Improvements
You’ll notice faster rendering, smoother navigation, and greater stability when working with large datasets in TomoAnalysis 2.3.
The update also introduces new scientific colormaps (Viridis, Cividis, Plasma, and others) for perceptually uniform visualization, along with a refined 3D rendering engine that provides a more intuitive representation of intensity and structure.
