YongKeun (Paul) Park
Chief Executive OfficerYongKeun (Paul) Park is a co-founder of the company and has served as Chief Executive Officer and Chair of the Board of Directors at TOMOCUBE, INC. He is also a Professor of Physics at KAIST (Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology). Paul earned his Ph.D. in Medical Science and Engineering from the Harvard-MIT Health Sciences and Technology program. He has published over 230 peer-reviewed papers with more than 20,000 citations, including four in Nature Photonics, one in Nature Materials, one in Nature Cell Biology, one in Nature Methods, eight in Nature Communications, six in PNAS, and five in Physical Review Letters. He is a Fellow of the Optical Society of America (OSA) and the Society of Photo-Optical Instrumentation Engineers (SPIE). His contributions to science and technology have been recognized with numerous honors, including the Medal of Honor in Science and Technology from the President of South Korea, the Asan Medical Award, and the Jinki Hong Creative Award.

SungHo Ko
Chief Operation OfficerSungHo Ko is the Chief Operating Officer at TOMOCUBE, INC, overseeing global operations, manufacturing, HR, and quality management. Since 2020, he has led the company’s international expansion, optimization of operational efficiency and strengthening global partnerships. With extensive experience in corporate strategy, sales, and regulatory compliance, he plays a key role in driving Tomocube’s growth. Prior to joining Tomocube, he held leadership positions in sales, marketing, and business development at various global technology companies. He holds an MS in Industrial Engineering from KAIST.

Wansung (William) Ku
Chief Financial Officer/Chief Strategy OfficerWansung (William) Ku serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). He is responsible for accounting, taxation, and fundraising while also leading the company's Investor Relations (IR) and Public Relations (PR) efforts. He earned his Master’s degree in Pharmacy from Seoul National University and worked as a scientist at a domestic pharmaceutical company for five years. Subsequently, he transitioned to the capital markets as an analyst at NH Securities, where he was recognized as a Best Analyst for five consecutive years by Maeil Business Newspaper and Korea Economic Daily. In January 2018, he was named one of Forbes Korea's "Power Leaders 2030." Following his tenure in the capital markets, he served as the CFO of Geninus, a genomic sequencing startup, for three years. During this time, he successfully led the company's listing on the KOSDAQ market.

Jaephil Do
VP of Technology DevelopmentJaephil Do is serving as Head of R&D and Vice President of Technology Development at TOMOCUBE, INC, leading the company's technology innovation and research initiatives. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Seoul National University and obtained his Ph.D. in BioMEMS from the University of Cincinnati, specializing in microfluidics for biomedical diagnostics. With extensive experience in biomedical engineering and the medical device industry, Dr. Do previously held key roles at Samsung, where he focused on research, development, and strategic planning for innovative medical devices. Throughout his career, he has spearheaded the development of advanced diagnostic platforms, including immunoassay-based systems, and has led research in microfluidics-based biomedical technologies for cancer diagnostics. His expertise encompasses microfluidics, biosensors, and non-invasive biomedical imaging technologies, supported by numerous scientific publications and patents in biomedical devices and diagnostics.

Sumin Lee
SVP of Life Science DivisionSumin Lee serve as Senior Vice President of Life Science Division, leading R&D team, product strategy, and business development at TOMOCUBE, INC. She leads the commercial growth and strategic direction of Life Science portfolio, focusing on holotomography solutions for biomedical research. Joining Tomocube in 2017 as Chief Scientist, she led the application development and customer engagement expanding the market. Combining strategy development skill and the strong scientific background in her career, she has successfully launched the HT-X1 series as the first product manager fully redesigning the previous HT technology for broad applications in biological science. Driven by the mission "HT for every biologist," her team works closely with customers to unlock new applications and expand the frontiers of 3D quantitative cell imaging. Sumin holds a Ph.D. in Cellular Systems Biology from POSTECH.

Taehong (Ted) Kim
SVP of Precision DivisionTaehong Kim serve as Senior Vice President of Precision Division, leading R&D team, product strategy, and business development at TOMOCUBE, INC. He leads the commercial growth and strategic direction of Precision portfolio, focusing on holotomography solutions for Industrial sectors. Previously, as VP of the Precision Division, he led product development for holotomography systems, overseeing software engineering, system design, and project management. He previously contributed as a software and optics development leader, managing multiple R&D projects including inline AOI systems for LCD panels, 3D OCT-based scanners, OLED TFE inspection tools, and non-contact 3D profilers for curved substrates. Earlier roles at Photon Dynamics and AKCRON involved developing software for TFT-LCD inspection and repair systems, with a focus on DSP programming, image processing, and control firmware. With over 20 years of experience in software engineering and optical systems, backed by a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from KAIST.
