The Next Level of 3D Imaging is Here!
We're thrilled to introduce an advanced upgrade to the HT-X1™ Plus, now available with integrated spinning disk confocal microscopy for enhanced high-resolution, 3D live cell imaging.
Made possible through a strategic collaboration between Tomocube and CrestOptics, the integration seamlessly combines the imaging power of Tomocube's HT-X1 Plus and CrestOptics' X-Light V2 microscopes. This highly anticipated multimodal imaging platform is the game-changer for researchers seeking deeper insights into cellular dynamics.
Holotomography Enhanced by Spinning Disk Confocal
The upgraded HT-X1™ Plus harnesses the dual capabilities of holotomography (HT) and spinning disk confocal (SDC), allowing for the study of molecular and phenotypic data together and generate more powerful insights across biophysical imaging applications.
Molecular and Structural Insights
HT imaging provides quantitative, label-free insights into cellular morphology, while SDC adds high-resolution fluorescence information, enabling the simultaneous visualization of molecular markers and cellular structures.

Advanced 3D Visualization

The integrated high-speed optical sectioning capabilities of both modules allow for precise visualization of complex structures, such as organoids and tissues, supporting 3D reconstruction and in-depth structural analysis.
Dynamic Live-Cell Monitoring
The multimodal system minimizes phototoxicity by combining HT's non-invasive, label-free imaging with SDC's reduced light exposure for fluorescence, ensuring live cell viability, even during extended experiments.
