This position serves as a project lead role, driving research and development of applications utilizing organoids and organ-on-a-chip (microphysiological systems) with Tomocube's holotomography products.

Position: Senior Scientist (title adjustable based on experience)
Work condition: Full-time, Office-based (ongoing recruitment)
Location: Yuseong-gu, Daejeon Metropolitan City (domestic and international travel as needed)

Responsibilities
•    Conduct application research and development related to organoids and organ-on-a-chip using Tomocube's holotomography (HT) imaging equipment 
•    Lead collaborative R&D projects with global research institutions and biotech companies 
•    Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential markets and customer challenges for organoid analysis-related new products 
•    Establish product requirements and develop usage scenarios for organoid analysis products
•    Engage with global communities in organoid studies to expand the influence of Tomocube and holotomography.

Required Qualifications
•    Ph.D. in biological sciences, medical sciences, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience 
•    Experience in managing R&D projects 
•    Understanding of current trends in various life science fields, including cancer biology, immunology, regenerative medicine, etc.
•    Excellent communication skills (Korean and English)

Preferred Qualifications
•    Experience in organoid and MPS-related research and development projects 
•    Experience with bioimaging research equipment (confocal, light sheet, HCS, etc.) 
•    Experience in image data analysis 
•    Strong English communication abilities 
•    Self-motivated with a proactive leadership attitude

•    국내외 협력 연구기관과의 공동연구개발 프로젝트를 주도적으로 수행 
•    오가노이드 분석 관련 신제품의 잠재시장과 고객의 문제를 파악하기 위한 동향 조사 및 분석 
•    오가노이드 분석 제품 요구사항 수립 및 사용 시나리오 개발
•    국내외 학계 연구종사자들과 교류, 학술 커뮤니티 활동

필수 자격
•    생명과학/의과학 등 관련 분야 박사학위, 또는 이에 상응하는 업무경력
•    연구개발 프로젝트 수행 경력 
•    암생물학, 면역학, 재생의학 등 다양한 생명과학 분야의 최신 동향 이해도
•    탁월한 커뮤니케이션 능력 (한국어, 영어)
