Pipeline: (3D) Single-Cell_Suspension
This pipeline segments and analyzes individual suspension cells in 3D holotomographic datasets using a rule-based algorithm. Suspension cells, unlike adherent ones, are not attached to a surface and typically appear round with higher refractive index values. The pipeline is well-suited for immune cells and loosely adherent cells with spherical morphology.
No additional smoothing is applied, allowing accurate capture of natural cell contours without shape distortion. This makes it effective for studying immune cell behavior, cell cycle dynamics, and structural variation in non-adherent populations.
