Visualization and Analysis of Live Organoid Dynamics with HT-X1
Organoids require imaging methods that can capture 3D internal structures in live, intact specimens without damaging or modifying the sample. Low-coherence holotomography in the HT-X1 provides non-invasive, label-free imaging with sufficient depth of field to reveal cell subtypes and subcellular features within intact organoids. This note demonstrates HT's capability for both morphological identification and quantitative growth monitoring, while preserving the organoid for continued downstream use.
