Cell-to-cell Interaction in the Immune Response
Cell-to-cell interactions in the immune response are rapid and highly dynamic, making them difficult to study continuously with conventional fluorescence methods that cause phototoxicity. Holotomography captures these interactions label-free in 3D with high temporal resolution, allowing quantitative tracking of synapse formation, membrane dynamics, and biochemical changes over time. This note also demonstrates how HT can be combined with deep learning for automated, high-throughput analysis.
